Mission: To facilitate educationally rewarding experiences for students from any School or College by arranging for them to complement their academic studies with internships in professionally supervised settings. This objective is achieved through working with organizations, companies and businesses that offer internships to highly motivated students whose skills and interests match the needs and resources of the organization. Most internships are elective, and may allow students to earn academic credit.

Services/Resources: CCS has directories with details of internships available in Syracuse, across the USA, and abroad. These may be consulted during office hours, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM weekdays. All listings are also accessible online via the OrangeLink system. Additional assistance is available with writing resumes and cover letters aimed specifically at internships. Guidance on finding the required faculty sponsorship and registering internships for academic credit is also available.

Note: Internships may be taken in fall and spring semesters, and over the summer.
